I have been a happy customer for several years. I love this maple syrup. This year when I ordered the US postal service had difficulties delivering and the Brookfield customer service was wonderful at helped me get through this challenge, even though it was not their fault. I ordered the next time with UPS and my order arrived right away. US post office finally delivered their package after one month, but UPS is worth a few dollars extra for reliability. US post office said they don't search for lost food items, but you can file a claim by phone. US post office phone system will need some techy TLC as using it was quite tricky. But having the customer service at Brookfield respond quickly was great and they are very friendly. I will use UPS to ship in the future. The post office said their new warehouse hub in Indianapolis was messed up at present. Grateful UPS is an option.
